David Fisicaro
…One day, Music found me
and asked: “Would you like to be my friend?”
“Who are you?” I asked.
“I’m Music,” she replied.
“We could never be friends,” I said.
“Why not?” she asked.
“Because I’m already madly in love with you…”

“Wonderful performance — he knew exactly how to engage the guests with his song choices. An amazing musician, it was truly moving.” (Tiziana O.)
I met Music when I was 5 years old… and we’re still together today.
Yes, I admit it — like in almost every love story, we’ve sometimes drifted apart,
but every time it’s only made us stronger and even more inseparable.
It’s hard to describe who I am in just a few lines… Maybe it’s easier to whisper it in one single phrase:
“La música es mi vida” (Music is my life)
I’m David Fisicaro,
Flamenco, Jazz, Bossa Nova and Latin Music Guitarist.
Singer, Composer, Arranger, Producer, and Session Musician.
Never Graduated in Double Bass at the “L. Cherubini” Conservatory.
I’ve been managing live music for private events and weddings for over 25 years.
Throughout my life, Music has given me, and keeps giving me, all of her beauty.
It’s as if she chose me to be her messenger.
Thanks to Music, I’ve had the chance to perform all over Italy and Europe, meet hundreds of great artists,
and collaborate with incredible musicians.
I’ve had the privilege of opening a concert for the official band of Fabrizio De André,
and of recording three albums of original music, writing lyrics, composing, and arranging, together with outstanding emerging artists.

I’ve studied and explored countless musical genres:
Blues, Delta Blues, Rhythm & Blues, Soul, Neo Soul, Jazz, Latin Jazz, Acid Jazz, Rock & Roll, Pop, Singer-Songwriter, Classical, Contemporary Classical, Experimental,
until I finally arrived at Flamenco, South American music, and the Clave of Cuban Son –
whose rhythms and sounds completely transported me into another dimension.
My God… so much beauty.
I’ve deconstructed every genre, every sound discovered so far, every rhythm… and every time I listen to something new, I feel that the journey is not over –
on the contrary, it’s only just begun.
I created my own music school, called “Scuola dell’Arte Musicale” (School of Musical Art), where, together with other great musicians and true messengers of Music’s spirit,
we share our passion with those who seek something different, something deeper.
